How do I properly wash my grip socks?

Hand wash or machine wash with cold water in gentle cycle, wash socks inside out.
DO NOT BLEACH.
DO NOT USE SOFTENERS.
Air dry or tumble dry low.

How much is domestic shipping?

Both domestic and international shipping is calculated at checkout, with free shipping on domestic (USA) orders over $50.

A note for international customers: Maestro Sportswear is not responsible for any customs duties or fees assessed to your order. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to process my order?

Due to high demand, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location; 2-5 business days for domestic shipping and 15-21 business days for international shipping.

I haven’t received my order yet. What’s going on?

If you are in the USA and it’s been over 10 business days since you placed your order, or if you are overseas and it’s been over 25 business days since you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us with your name and order number. Thanks for your patience!

A note for international customers: Occasionally overseas shipments will take a longer time due to the delivery country’s customs. Each customs office is different and Tattly is not responsible for any fees or tariffs.
