Do you ship outside the United States?

How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been fulfilled and ready to ship.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to show any sort of update within your order’s tracking link.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping cost.
Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Items marked as final sale are ineligible for return.
To return, email us at customer@maestrosw.com with your order number.
Why is my order delayed?
If you received a shipping confirmation email, then your order has been dispatched and is currently with the carrier. Carrier delays may occur due to global supply chain delays, public holidays, limited cargo capacity and increased global package volume.
If you placed an order and have not received a shipping confirmation email from us after 24 hours, please contact us at customer@maestrosw.com.

Do you sell per pair?
Yes, our grip socks and gloves are sold per pair.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As soon as you place your order, is processed to be fulfilled and ready to ship right away. This means we are unable to make any changes on your order.
I received the incorrect item(s), what do I do?
We apologize you received the incorrect item. Please contact us at customer@maestrosw.com.
Please include the following information in your message:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address used to place the order
- Incorrect item(s) received
I'm missing an item on my order, what do I do?
Our quality assurance team ensures all items are scanned and weighed into the package at time of dispatch. Please make sure the item isn’t lost amongst the wrapping.
